Winter Ballet Intensive

January 2nd - 5th, 2024 | 10am - 1:30pm Daily

Don’t let yourself get out of shape during the holiday break! You have worked too hard to get where you are.

With the new year comes auditions, competitions, and performances to prepare for.

We know the dancers in our community want to be fully prepared for everything, so we are excited to offer our popular annual Winter Intensive.

Our program offers daily ballet technique classes, pre-pointe/pointe training, stretch and conditioning sessions, and more. Led by ABA Directors and staff, our focus is on individual attention, proper placement, form, and injury prevention, ensuring that every dancer reaches their full potential. We emphasize clean, un-stylized technique to foster versatility, preparing our students for professional ballet careers, college dance programs, and contemporary dance journeys.

Our studios provide a professionally sprung floor, air-conditioning, and heat, creating the ideal environment for your winter dance experience.

Program #1: Intermediate/Advanced Levels (2A and up)

Audition class or video required for non-ABA students.
Full program cost: $275*
Single day cost: $75
*A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure a spot in the full program.
Early bird discount! Register and pay in full by 11/20 to receive a 10% discount on tuition.

Program #2: Beginner/Intermediate Levels (1B-1A-2B)

Audition class or video required for non-ABA students.
Full program cost: $275*
Single day cost: $75
*A non-refundable deposit of $150 is needed to hold a spot in the full program.
Early bird discount! Register and pay in full by 11/20 to receive a 10% discount on tuition.

Dancers will need:

A black leotard (any style)
A black short chiffon skirt
Pink tights
Pink ballet shoes
Pointe shoes (if en pointe)

Dancers are required to bring:

Their own lunch/snack
A water bottle
A yoga/pilates mat
A medium-weight Theraband
A large exercise ball

Incredible teachers, passion and instruction. Worth every penny and all the countless hours of dedication behind the student and of the student. Devoted teachers and instructors who's main priority are ALL of their students and their families as well. No dance school drama... the dramas you see and witness are the intended ones with the talented students on stage during the spectacular productions done throughout the season. The parents are truly devoted to helping one another and the kids support each other as well. Discipline is expected inside and outside of the ballet studio and the students all rise to meet that because they want to out of care for their school, their teachers and one another.
